I am hoping someone here might be willing to help me out. My problem is I had someone code a gallery / menu for me but they just don't seem to be able to get the menu categories to load new images directly into the gallery with out re-loading the page and with out the use of i-frames or frames. I'm thinking this mostly has to do with java-script but I also know it has to do with other programming languages such as ajax.

I found this one page on the internet on how they describe doing this but I'm no where near this good.
