    Default Newbie needing image gallery

Hi Guys! I am a total html newbie, but have been recommended here by my ecommerce provider.

I need to be able to display an online catalogue for my customers, which could be a gallery of all the items we sell [eg]. So, I need to have a top-level category that, instead of displaying a list of products under that category, instead give a slideshow/gallery that the user can f-fwd / pause / play.

I have copied what looks like the right bit of html in the right place and saved it to the record in my database. However, when I select the page on my storefront, instead of a gallery of some sort, all I get is the actual HTML! Any tips please?http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/i...s/confused.gif

Yeah that is a very good idea to showcase your products. There are so many slideshows with which your content can be beautifully presented. Here are some

    Slick Slideshow
    Sliced Slideshow
    Image slider with Pagination
    Fade effect
    Curtain fall effect
