I was hired to work on this site atasteofchallah.com and i wish to know which CMS was used to build it, here's the image of the backend, while i was looking at the .php files a script with the name of dynamicdrive led me here. Thanks.

It's impossible to tell by that photo.

check the source code; many CMS's put a <meta name="generator" content="name of CMS"> or similar tag. it might also be found in comments in the PHP files. if not, sorry; you'll just have to keep searching.
