pop up box on top of flash movie in Moz or Op

While using Pop up Box II
(http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/abox2.htm)

everything works fine in IE6 (as usual but screws up in Mozilla or Opera :

boxes popup fine in a static html page in allbrowsers, but when the page contains a flash movie (.swf), then only in IE will the box show ON TOP of the flash movie. Using Moz or Op, the boxes popup ok but UNDER the flash movie... They can be dragged all arround the page but will remain UNDER the flash movie.

Anyone having a clue ? I've tried all the usual CSS z-index and display stuff, but there is nothing to it !

That link explains how to fix a flash object to work as you desire, the short version is to add in this language to your object/embed tag:

Add the following parameter to the OBJECT tag:

<param name="wmode" value="transparent">

Add the following parameter to the EMBED tag:

wmode="transparent"
