Adapting screen resolution redirect for a range of resolutions

3) Describe problem: Visitors to my website use many screen resolutions, ranging from 320 x 480 to 1920 x 1200. I wonder if this script can be coded to respond to a range of width and height resolutions instead of a single resolution? Also, to simplify things, could it respond to a range of widths, or must the height also be specified? Thanks!
