3) Describe problem: Basically i believe this is probably a very very simple fix but i just can't seem to get my head around why it is happening.

I haven't edited the script at all so the script on the forum is the same as the one i am using, the problem is that it works fine on chrome, firefox, safari and IE8 + on IE7 i flags up an error stating that on line 131 char 20 "'window.document.forms[...].elements' is null or not an object"

Any help would be MUCH appreciated
