Some time back I had downloaded the new Netscape8 but the install seemed obnoxious so, I skipped it. Recently, someone mentioned a rendering problem in this new browser. So, I bit the bullet and installed it. It is actually rather neat, allowing you to use either the Firefox or Explorer rendering engines. There is a third option which is also FF but, it seems like javascript is severely limited in it. Anyone else try out this browser? What do you think of it?

I downloaded Netscape 8 a while ago, but uninstalled it. In Firefox there's a very nice plugin that also lets you switch between the Firefox and IE rendering engine though: https://addons.mozilla.org/extension...irefox&id=1419 I've tried it, and it works like a charm when you use Firefox most of the time, but need to use IE to view certain sites. You can do so within the Firefox browser now.
