Cool DHTML Tooltip II - Text won't appear

Installed it all just fine but I can't get the actual text to appear for some reason. Example: http://www.wowwebworks.com/indexA.htm it is installed in links on the left hand column. The flyout shows fine but no text.

Solution?

FORGET IT - JUST FIGURED IT OUT - CHANGED TEXT COLOR!
