form to email selected recipient?

Hi

I'm looking for a form that will email the results of the form to different people depending on who is chosen from a drop-down selection. Eg. if a user selects 'Finance Officer' the form results will be sent to the email address of the Finance Officer; if a user selects 'Membership Officer' the form results will go to the email address of the Membership Officer, etc.

Grateful for any advice.

ps. My technical competence is more or less limited to copying and pasting so I'm really looking for existing script that I can customise.
