java menu error ie9

1) Script Title: :: Smooth Navigational Menu (v1.5)

3) Describe problem: menu remains highlighted in ie9 & also does not disappear after the mouse leave. Please advice. I have tried using the emulate code to make it ie7/8 compatible but doesnt work yet. your help is appreciated
