It's free, just follow the instructions on the demo page.

However, it won't work locally in IE without user approval (Active X or other such warning). Any local javascript will cause this in IE. This is not the script doing this, it's IE security routines. There are no such routines (with very limited exceptions) in other browsers, and not in IE or any others once the page is live.
