Default Any advice... type of pop up not appearing?

Hello all! I seem to have a player on my site that can not access my password boxes.

It seems to only be this one player, so I can narrow down that it is on her machine. She is running Windoze XP, IE 6.029, and norton antivirus.

The XP firewall has been disabled, norton turned off, my domain.com allowed in her settings. And yet when she goes to the page where the password box is supossed to appear, she gets auto redirected to my custom error page, which shouldn't appear until 3 wrong entries are made.

I am thinking it is a pop up setting somewhere, but everything I know about that has been tried or turned all the way off/disabled.

Anyone have any other thoughts to this so I can get her playing again?

    Thanks!

Just an update, I had the player download FireFox, and everything works correctly. Now I can be assured it is a problem with a setting somewhere in IE.

BUT WHERE?? I rarely use IE so I am at a loss, anyone have any ideas?
