It would put SOMETHING up in the tab at the top of the page. I was wondering, how do you change the default image that is right next to SOMETHING. On dynamic drive forums it is the d. Any help?

the image is called a favicon. take a look here

Yes, and to display it, insert this in between your <head> tags.
