Page Scroller (aka custom scrollbar)

I have a query about the "Page Scroller (aka custom scrollbar)" script.

When we installed and tested it we found that the scroll bar graphics move when you role over them. Is there any way of stopping them doing this?

Not that I can see, that doesn't mean that there isn't one. But, considering that the images 'stay in place' by adjusting their absolute position on the page as it is scrolled, it seems very unlikely. This adjustment is already done every 10 milliseconds by the script, already too frequently for some browsers. To appear not to move at all would require instantaneous updating of their positions.
