    Default in FF, CSS menubar is too tall (height issue)

    Need an FF guru. Menu is fine in IE (what a surprise!) but has a quirk in FF.
    Can anyone help? Menubar is too tall (high) in FF.

    The fix was to change the DOCTYPE to
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

    I had it as a strict type.
