problem with Urban Gray

I too have a combination of top menus with and without sub menus. First I could not get the right sub-menus to work, so I created a HeaderMenu2 for the items without sub-menus. But it still won't collapse completely when I click on (for example) Home -- and when you first bring up the page, it has the first sub-menu open. I'm pretty good with html/css but a beginner with java script. Can you help?

I figured out how to resolve the sub-menu showing up when the page first loads -- BUT once one sub-menu opens a sub-menu will always be open. So, for example, if I mouse-over Email Marketing the sub-menus appear -- then when I mouse over Contact Us, it does not close the Email Marketing sub-menus.
