Flex Level Drop Down Menu (v1.2) not working in IE

3) Describe problem: I designed my navigation bar completely custom, made my own rollover buttons in photoshop, and was thrilled to find this "Flex Level Drop Down Menu" which allowed me to apply a drop down menu to a rollover image. It works perfectly in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Flock, but not in IE. I've been testing in IE8. The tutorial states that the drop down menu will work in IE, and the sample on the page works in IE, but mine does not. Is there something I am doing wrong?

(the drop down menu should appear under the "Servies" link.

Is there anything I can do to get this working without having to come up with a whole new nav bar? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

p.s.I really like how it looks and I'm bummed it's not working on all browsers.
