Ok I'll just get right to the point

Problem:
1. Fading ticker script is moving too fast to view

Failed Solutions:
1. Tried decreasing the default speed of 5000 to 3000 and numerous numbers below 5000....and it still remains the same speed....

2. Tried increasing the default speed of 5000 to 8000 and numerous numbers above 5000....still its moving at the same pace and its way too fast....


Help:
Who can offer some type of solution to fix this
