jQuery Dialogue background not scrolling using mousepad..

Hi im having a problem with the lightbox background. I have used the jquery dialog box. The background will scroll with mouse wheel, but it wont scroll when using the arrow keys in the keyboard or the mouse pad in laptop. The link for the script is :
