Default Dynamic Ajax Content fails on re click

    1) Script Title: Dynamic Ajax Content

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...jaxcontent.htm

    3) Describe problem: I really like this script, however when the link to the page loaded into the DIV is clicked again all functions of the loaded page cease working.Anybody know a fix for this?

Loss of functions is a known issue for Ajax-loaded pages.
Cannot you just use an iframe for dynamically loading your external files?

    Thanks for your reply Molendijk,

I was originally using an iFrame, the problem was that when the user clicked on their site history it only loaded the content of the iframe and not the page with it embedded in! This is the problem and I was hoping that this script would stop that from happening. I have searched the web for a solution and only saw this possibility. Do you know of another way?

You can solve your problem by doing what is explained HERE (I put a quick example on my server).

Thanks Arie, I really appreciate this. Just had a quick look at the link and it appears to be just what I was looking for :-) I will have a proper play with it over the weekend and report back to you,

When my new site goes live you'll be the first to get an invite.

    Peace.
