Is it possible for a specific menu header to be expanded depending on the page?

e.g. if I click on a link in an email for instance and the URL is http://some.website/Items.html, can the 'Items' header be expanded on the page load automatically?

There's quite a few threads in general about getting a sub menu to open automatically based on the page the user is currently at. There is no "instant" way to do this- it really depends on finding some way on your own of matching the current page with the sub menu that is supposed to be open, then either setting the "defaultexpanded" parameter of your menu, or calling one of the Accordion Menu expand/contract methods, to expand that sub menu.

In this case, you might want to use the "Remote links that expand select headers on the target page" option to accomplish this. This is explained in the 2nd half of the supplementary page of the script.
