Help with table glitch

Hi everyone not sure why this is happening, but I am having some problems with a table that I am working on. Here is the code:

The bottom row is always duplicated above the top of the table, even after I deleted the bottom row the row that I deleted was still at the top of the table!

I have attached a screen shot of what is happening in Chrome (firefox, and safari do the same thing), and a zipped file of the html I am using for the table. The styles are in an in-page style sheet.

Any help would be great.
