Watching Eyes Script

I have had the script on my site for some time.

Although it works, when one scrolls down the index page the eyes stay where they are and get distanced from the mouse cursor.

This doesn't happen when the page is previewed in the (IE6) browser - when invoked through my web editor.

I must assume that there is something in the code on my idex page which is causing this separation, but I can't figure it out.

Can someone help please?
