Can you post a link or the code you are using?

I've never used NVU. Does it have a feature that allows you to look at the HTML code you're writing?

Are you sure that the src path to the image is correct?

Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

NVU has now evolved into Kompozer: http://kompozer.net/ so its probably time for an upgrade.

(bit of info for traq) - Kompozer is a very nice free alternative to Dreamweaver (its the web builder I always direct my students to for home use). The tabs make it easy to flick between WYSIWYG view and code view and it conveniently opens any .html doc ready for editing, rather than demand loading of a restrictive self-generated project file to edit its own web pages.

Nicole, are you working on local files or using the FTP feature to edit pages that are already online? Check to make sure that your image paths are correct and that images are uploaded to the server. If paths and filenames match, you should be able to see pics in the WYSIWYG view (and that should tally with what you see via a browser).

I'm not sure if you're trying to use some sort of javascript gallery/viewer to embed/display images but if you are, you won't be able to see the pics in Kompozer's WYSIWYG view - only via a browser in the final web page once its saved.

As previously requested though, you should provide a link to your page or if your query is more about software usage, you could ask in the Kompozer forums (NVU is no longer supported). The software comes with a lot of tutorials too so you might also find your answers there.

    Hope that helps
