Page Load Time

hello! altough I have seen many of this page-load-time scripts, none of them really work!
I mean, I believe they tell me the time of HTML load, and not the time of page load (with images, sounds, frames, iframes, bla bla bla).
is there a javascript that can tell the page load time?

A preload script gives you a visual representation of the loading %, but not the ETA.

A whole new script would need to be written.
