    Smile _blank link open with a top frame

    Hello everyone,

    I have a complete PHP website with custom made CMS. I have also thousands of external website links in my site. Now the feature I want is to open any _blank links with a fixed frame on top which will include my website logo and link. Like templatemonster.com/demo/34470.html

    The problem is I can't create framed html/php pages manually because there are thousands of links there.

    Can I have any code to do this automatically by adding few lines in my CMS template?
