3) Describe problem:

Is it possible to align all of the second level flyout menus to the top (ie: to align the top of the 2nd level menu with the top of the 1st level menu), no matter which items on the first level that you click?

Also, when using images rather than text items in the lists, what would you suggest as the best way to do rollover on state images?
