First, I would like to thank you in advance for reading and answering my post. I am always looking for ways to improve my Facebook Fanpage and personal website. The following Fanpage has a wonderful "Scrolling Menu Driven Picture Banner" that is NON Flash in their Welcome page:

How did they do this? It does not seem to be Flash ... possible CSS or Java?

Any assistance on how this was done, what it is called (o I can Google it if necessary) or any specifics/links to applications or script that i can accomplish this myself (hopefully, because the budget is nil) would be greatly appreciated.

Also, besides adding such banners on my Facebook Fanpage, once learned, I would not mind adding it to my website.
