RSS feed - no images displayed in title field

Hi,
It was recommended to ask my question here so here goes..

I have an RSS feed from an image gallery. Using the gfeedfetcher script I can pull images from the content tags and display them locally. I can't though seem to place a link to a thumbnail in the title tag. Can anyone look at the rss script we wrote and see if they can spot any issues that might be responsible? It was pointed out to me the reason you cannot see RSS items when you view the feed directly might be related to the problem.
