Chained Radio buttons

depending on which radio button the user clicks on, it will display another set of radio buttons right beneath it. Any ideas??

The only thing we have at Dynamic Drive that might work for that is:

The author is unfortunately AWOL though. With a little luck the demo page will give you all the information you need to set it up.

I do know that it's supposed to work with all sorts of form elements. You need to have an actual form though, not sure on that one. Do you?
