Local Time Script - remove seconds + 24hr format

3) Describe problem: I've managed to get the time to display in 24hr format thanks to this solution (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=55980) but I would also like to remove the seconds.

Is there a way to do this without breaking the script?

If anyone can help that would be really appreciated.
