Some new idea I've got

I came up with this idea which I think seems fun. It's pretty simple except I dont know how to come up with a script that works that way

The idea is like a chatterbox or a comment box except it's only meant to let your visitors display their 'signature' on your site.. as it has a form that goes something like.. (name) (url) from (location) was here! [Submit] and all that will immediately appear above the form...
