I'm probably the only one who did not know this, but I finally found instructions on how to add a FAVICON icon to navigation bar. I'd like to share my new-found info with anyone else who may be feeling left out.

Code:
Create 16 x 16 pixel image saved in .ico format in root folder and named favicon.ico.
In <HEAD> create link <LINK REL='shortcut icon" HREF="favicon.ico" />
