3) Describe problem: Site horizontal menu renders differently in IE 7 (ok), IE8 (drop down shadow box only), FF 4.0.1 (no drop downs). I searched but found no explicit prior thread...thinking I'm missing a basic code snippet or something. TIA

Does the discrepancy occur on the DD demo page, or just on your own? If the later please post a link to your page.

There seems to be something in your vincent.css file that's causing the menu to not appear. If I disable it, the menu shows fine:

I have the same problem with that menu. It works fine on chrome but not on firefox.
in the menu page it works with both browsers!
