how o make Flash video play just by clicking it?

I am trying to figure out how to make a video that gets converted to a flash play when you just click on it.. rather than having the UI buttons at the bottom?

I have flash video encoder.. which makes the video into a flash file.. then I can open it in Flash and do the whole easy step process of putting it into the Player with the buttons...

but what if I only want it to play without the buttons menu? on mouse click of the video itself?
