Help with Slideshow

Can someone send me a link of a good slideshow. i have some but they are not up to parr. i would like some where the picture fade out and it display the description on it. i saw few here but they link yo some other site and they cant modify. i want one with i can add my old content to

I'm not sure what you mean by 'parr'. I think you mean par. But even so, I'm still unsure what exactly you mean. Could you elaborate?

Likewise I'm unsure about what you mean by 'they link yo some other site'.

If I don't adequately cover those, or any other concerns you might have, could you please explain more?

That said, here are some ideas . . .

If by 'my old content' you mean images and descriptions, all of the slideshows here on Dynamic Drive that support images and descriptions can be configured to use your own. In fact, that's how they're designed.

If by other site you mean the Google Scripts API, that actually saves you time, disk space, and bandwidth. However, not all slideshows on Dynamic Drive that support fading and descriptions require that, and if you prefer you can download and host the API script yourself.

One that fits into that category is Ultimate Fade-in slide show v2.4:

A non DD slideshow script that can be configured for just about anything is Cycle:
