Anchors and Animated Collapsible DIV

I am using the Animated Collapsible DIV v2.4 script, what i am trying to do is open a page using a link on another page to open at a specific anchor, i also need to open a div from the same link at the same time.

this is the code i have tried:
<a href="../all-you-need-to-know/need-opportunities.htm#28?expanddiv=hooks28" target="_parent" class="tree-fact-links">Read more</a>

if i use this, it opens the page at the anchor as you'd expect:
<a href="../all-you-need-to-know/need-opportunities.htm#28" target="_parent" class="tree-fact-links">Read more</a>

if i use this, it opens the page and the div as you'd expect:
<a href="../all-you-need-to-know/need-opportunities.htm?expanddiv=hooks28" target="_parent" class="tree-fact-links">Read more</a>

it's a bit more complicated because the opening link is contained in an iframe, which is chosen at random using this script:

Hopefully someone better than me will have an idea about getting both the page to open at the anchor and open the div at the same time, i'm just a scribbling clerk and all this gobbledy gook does my head in!!!!!

Are you basically asking how to do something similar to what's shown on this page using Accordion Menu: http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex...enu-glossy.htm (2nd example on the page)?
