can not setup simple Solid Block Menu

3) Describe problem: works if setup by itself but when I try adding to page I flub it somehow. I know I am making a simple and dum mistake but can not see it. going to attach the page I am working on. Please will someone take a look at it? I am trying to it up by the other nav bar. other nav bar not a css tab menu.
