Cannot load ajax content in photoshop layout

Hello. Hope to get some help. i have this site, made from a photoshop layout...

And it doesn't load the ajax content into the div. If you check it in firefox it does, but not with IE8. It gives me an error that says "False not defined"... I haven't found any answers so far. I´m using this script by the way...

this is weird, i test it on IE7 and it works. But yes in IE.8 it's a mess
