    Default Background color javascript

    Hi all!
I'm trying myself to understand how to make correctly the construction of a page when I want to use a javascript background color code (a random color, for example) and have full compatibility with css style code.
I add a nonscript code just after the body tag with a body style background color for those who navigate without execution code.
I think if there is another background color mention on the web page the javascript code will no run...
Unfortunately, when the page loads slowly, there is no background color at all (it is a "white" page).
Do you know a solution that resolve this visual problem? How I have to play with the background color elements?

    Thanks in advance.
