chinese language does not display

3) Describe problem: when i change the txt file contents, english display well, but chinese language(GBK, GB2312) shown looks like ㅁㅁㅁㅁ..
i want to display the chinese language like 阿连锁店解放..

Please provide a link to your page so we can try to find the problem. It is most likely a character encoding problem. Have you set the encoding of your HTML page to match the encoding of the text? It is likely Unicode or Big5 format for Chinese characters.
