Default Image not displaying on site

    Hi there,

I'm new to the forum so thanks in advance for your help.

My website that I'm about to upload has an image display problem. I have a feeling that it is a PC browser bug, as I am on a mac and it displays perfectly in Safari and Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've been stuck on this for hours.

    HI there tkdesign,

and a warm welcome to these forums.

I noticed that this image of yours...

    ...is in CMYK format.

Internet Explorer has a problem displaying JPEG images that have CMYK, rather than the default RGB encoding.

The problem can be resolved by opening the .JPG file in an appropriate image editor.

Either change the mode to RGB and then "Save" or use the "Save for Web" option.
