3) I have been playing around with the js and css file but cant seem to find a way to replace the borders on the displayed div (using the divwin portion of the script) with a transparent background image.

Basically the background image contains a rounded-shaded border for the div. I can get it to display if I place the css call inside the content, but then the min.close buttons float above the border<g>.
