jQuery Drop Line Menu - Sub Menu Not Anchored to Main Menu

Hi all!

I'm trying to deploy this drop line menu:

So here's the problem: The Navigation Menu seems to be working fine except for the drop down if you are scrolled down, the Sub Menu appears further down on the page and is not anchored to the Main Menu.

Essentially when you visit the page you can hover over "Menu" and the Sub Menu will appear to work fine. Scroll down away from the top of the page little and then try to hover over "Menu" again and you will see that the Sub Menu Appears further down.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how to fix this or have any ideas how to? I've tried putting the menu in a table and in another div with no luck.
