Ultimate Fade In Slideshow - Set up when you have no root folder access

I have uploaded and edited all the files however I am getting a problem which ids due to my lack of familiarity of Javascript.

The error on page www.frazierswine.co.uk is according to firebug

fadeslideshow is not defined
[Break On This Error] var mygallery=new fadeslideshow({

I am unable to upload to the root folder as this is a hosted cart solution with big commerce.

Any help much appreciated.

Ok - I have noticed that there is a conflict with my left hand menu.

So i have commented out the script - will look for a way round this
