Enable/Disable image zoom on button click

3) Describe problem: I want to enable and disable the image zoom functionality on click of buttons.I have tried setting height-width of magnifyarea to 0,0 on disable click.Its working but the problem is when i enable it again(resize to 400,400) for the first time when i move my mouse over the image it is not showing the correct position in the zoomed window.I am using largeSize image functionality.Is this the correct approach?What is the problem here?

I am also looking for a way to disable the zoomer on moving the mouse out of the image.
