Question Show description of link onMouseover

I am redoing the front page of my website for Advanced Magazine (a video game magazine) and I need help figuring how to make it so when you mouse over the blocks (the ones that darken on mouse over already) they will (along with darkening) show information about itself in the giant box in the middle of the six. You will know what I am talking about if you see what I have done alread here: http://www.advancedmagazine.net
I have no idea how to do it but I think it would be fun help

Seems like "Textual Tooltip script" may be of use to you: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/linkinfo.htm

p.s: In the future please use a more descriptive subject for your question. "Help help help" doesn't really summarize the problem.
