Realestate.com.au suburb search feature.

Anyone know how i can get the feature where when a user types in a search box, it offers them suggestions as they type. I want to offer suggestion's of suburb, state and postcode. Example can be seen on realestate.com.au homepage. or see image attached.

You'll have to figure out how to apply that to the specific fields as you need, but all the information you need should be there.
