Script: Floating Top Bar script

i am using this test server when i am using it i found that. when iam placing a scrip inside div tag its not working in Firefox but its working in IE8, Chrome, Opera 10 but in FF3.6 its not working

(trafficrevenue is one of my test script. i mean i used it to test)

the Actual problem is
1. the Close button and text close is moving (i.e, working fine as suggested in the script) but the banner generated by the script is not moving. and also the close option not applying on the banner generated by script.


What will be the problem.
please any one can help me with this
