I would like to know what I would need to change in the oodomimagerollover.js code to make the main nav bar image stay down while scrolling the dropdown menu? Any help would be much appreciated!

The rollover script doesn't easily allow for persisting of its "over" state other than when the mouse is actually over the target image unfortunately. You may want to look at Anylink CSS Menu (demo #4), which supports image based anchors that keep their over state while the mouse is over its sub menus.
